The C6097C/D is designed to detect the upper or lower limit pressure of natural gas, LP gas and air on combustion equipment. The external electrical circuit is turned on and off according to the preset value. The model AUR255_1F burner controller with NFPA timing design requires little installation space and can be used for batch operations for systems that start and stop at least once in a 24-hour period. It follows the correct ignition sequence to automatically and safely ignite gas burners and oil burners. This device is compatible with model AUD100/110/120 advanced ultraviolet flame detector or a flame rod.
Various kinds of data are recorded in the AUR255, including flame voltage, ignition delay time, combustion counts, and combustion sequence stage.
The front 7-segment LED display shows the flame voltage and the current sequence stage. From the front panel, users can access a communication function that is convenient for maintenance and troubleshooting and an event function. The 7-segment LED display shows not only the normal operating sequence and flame voltage but also the sequence code and alarm code alternately in the event of an alarm, allowing users to view alarm details easily. The communication function can be used to read out basic information such as the status of input/output and the operating history, alarm history, and other internal information, which is useful for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
The Ignition trial time is 13.5s for the NFPA approved applications but can be selected also from 4.5 s, 9.0 s. To ensure timely replacement of the ultraviolet flame detector, the event function outputs a reminder after 25,000 hours of combustion use.
Wires connect to the sub-base (BC-R05A100, sold separately), making the unit easy to install/remove. The flame monitor output and alarm output contacts are available as semiconductor output and relay output, respectively. External reset input provides the ability to reset from a control panel.
The model AUR455 dynamic delf-checking burner controller compact design requires little installation space and can be used for continuous and batch operations. It follows the correct ignition sequence to automatically and safely ignite gas burners and oil burners. This device is compatible with model AUD300C advanced ultraviolet flame detector, model AUD500C explosion-proof advanced ultraviolet flame detector, or a flame rod. The model AUR455 drives the shutter built into model AUD300C / AUD500C to continuously check its flame detection circuit and the ultraviolet detector to provide flame detection for continuous burner operation. When used with a flame rod, the model AUR455 continuously checks its own built-in flame detection circuit to provide flame detection for continuous burner operation. The pilot ignition time can be selected from 4s or 8s. The ignition method can be selected from intermittent pilot and interrupted pilot.
The front connector provides a convenient communication function and event output for maintenance and troubleshooting. The PC loader can read various data types recorded in model AUR455 using the RS-485 communications protocol, including the flame voltage, ignition delay time, combustion count and combustion count of any sequence. The Model AUR890F and Model AUR890G Burner Controllers were developed to replace the Model RA890 and are designed for batch operation of combustion equipment (At least one cycle start and stop in each 24 hour period). In combination with a Model AUD100 Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detector or Flame Rod assembly, the Model AUR890 automatically executes ignition, flame monitoring, and fuel shutoff for on/off controlled gas burners or oil burners. Azbil’s Model AX24 Multivariable Vortex Flowmeter offers accurate and reliable flow metering in a multivariable design. The multivariable design incorporates a high-accuracy velocity sensor, a precision platinum RTD temperature sensor, and a solid-state pressure transducer. The AX24 can deliver volumetric flow, mass flow, temperature, pressure, density, and energy (BTU) measurements from a single installed device. This drastically reduces complexity, equipment costs, and installation costs in comparison to installing multiple stand-alone instruments to arrive at the same process measurements.
The Model AX24 includes a reduced bore option. The meter’s process connections match the line size but using integrated reducing flanges, the meter body is reduced in diameter. This increases the fluid velocity through the meter. Increasing the velocity in this fashion extends the meter’s measuring range to capture lower flow rates that might otherwise be missed in a full line size meter. This reduced bore option also shares the same face-to-face dimension as a standard meter for pressure classes up to ANSI 600. So if process conditions change, the meter body size can be changed without any costly piping modifications. This is especially useful in project planning, as it allows for flexibility into the future.
The Model AX24 flowmeter offers an industry-leading variety of communication and power options. In addition to providing traditional communication methods such as analog output signals, the flowmeter also offers the latest and most advanced serial communication options such as BACnet®/IP and Modbus® TCP/IP. Azbil VorTek VorCone™ flow meters utilize two different flow meter technologies in combination; vortex and differential pressure. The design has blended the two separate flow metering principles into one hybrid system where the two meters complement each other’s performance. This combination allows for the prediction of the fluid density, volumetric flow rate and mass flow rate without any fluid density information being required from an external source.
This ability to measure fluid density allows the meter to provide several valuable outputs. The VorCone™ meter can calculate the density of changing gas mixtures.
