Azbil Model: AUR300C is an Advanced Ultraviolet Burner Controller with a dynamic self-checking function, is used in combination with the Advanced Ultraviolet Model AUD300C or Model AUD500C detector. The Model AUR300C controls its built-in flame relay while constantly driving the shutter of the UV detector to check for any malfunction in itself or the UV detector. If the detector or amplifier circuit fails for any reason, the relay shuts itself off automatically and secures the safety of the systems. Inspection certification and tropicalization treatment options are available depending on the model. Communication option available with the Model AUR350C. No UL/FM approvals

Azbil Model: AUR450C Dynamic Self-Checking Burner Controllers is a flame safeguard controller for batch or continuous operation. In combination with the Model AUD300C Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detector or the Model AUD500C Explosion-Proof Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detector, it safely and automatically ignites and monitors a gas or oil burner using the correct sequence of steps. This device monitors combustion while continuously checking the Model AUD300C/500C tube unit and the flame detection circuits by driving the shutter of the Model AUD300C/500C. For routine maintenance, the front of the Model AUR450C has a helpful 7-segment display, and the device is equipped with a communications function. The 7-segment display shows flame voltage, sequence codes, and alarm codes. Inspection certification and tropicalization treatment options are available depending on the model. UL/FM/CE/CSA Approved.

The Model: AUR890 Burner Controllers were developed to replace the RA890 and are designed for batch operation of combustion equipment (At least one cycle start and stop in each 24 hour period). In combination with the Model AUD100 Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detectors or Flame Rod assembly, the Model AUR890 automatically executes ignition, flame monitoring, and fuel shutoff for on/off controlled gas burners or oil burners. UL/FM Approved models available.

  • Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detectors

    Azbil Model AUD100 Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detectors consists of dedicated sockets designed to monitor Batch operation oil or gas burner combustion by detecting ultraviolet light emitted by the AUD15 tube units. Excellent environmental specifications (120 °C, IP65 protection) Wiring distance 200 m max.

    The Model AUD120C120_/AUD120C121_ is a dedicated socket for the tube unit Model AUD15C100 for batch operation and is designed for monitoring combustion by detecting ultraviolet rays from oil or gas burner flames. Tube unit Model AUD15C1000 is not included with this product. Please purchase it in addition to this product. Azbil Mode lAUD300C Advanced Ultrasonic Flame Detectors are designed to detect ultraviolet radiation from an oil or gas burner flame for both batch and continuous operations.

    The Model AUD300C is used in combination with a dedicated burner controller. By means of the built-in shutter, any malfunction of the UV flame detector or burner controllers is detected by continuous self-checking (Dynamic Self -Check) function, ensuring highly reliable combustion safety control. Ambient temperature 100°C, IP66, vertical mounting possible, and wiring distance 200 m Max. Condensing lens available depending on the model. Inspection certification and tropicalization treatment options are also available, depending on the model. UL/FM approved when combined with the Model AUR450C Burner Controllers.


  • Burner Controller - Burner Interlock Module

    “The RX series of combustion safety burner interlock and burner control modules provides safe operation of industrial furnace burners.

    Various kinds of interlock monitoring and ignition systems can be realized by the combination of burner interlock modules (RX-L) and burner control modules (RX-R).

    In addition, the RX series supports the Advanced UV Sensor flame detector for continuous combustion operation, as well as UV sensors for batch operation. Non UL/FM Approved”


  • Gas Pressure Switch

    The C6097 series of pressure switches are designed to detect city gas, natural gas, LP gas and Air. The external electrical circuit is turned on and off according to the preset value. This device can be used in a variety of ways including detection of minimum/maximum gas/air pressure supplied to the device. As an option, there is a switch action display light for switching pressure. Non UL/FM Approved


  • High Power Igniter

    Azbil model: S720B1006 High Power Igniter serves as an equivalent OEM model for the Honeywell Q652 and are used to ignite gas burners in commercial and industrial applications. They ignite interrupted gas pilots with ignition electrodes spacings between 0.029 to 0.125 inches (0.7 to 3.2 mm). Recommended for interrupted ignition applications only. The igniter can be mounted in any position. The units mount in the same space used by conventional ignition transformers. Weighs .93 pound (0.42 kilogram) versus up to 8 ½ pounds (3.9 kilograms) for standard transformers. The Model: S720B1006 has a 10-year service life and meets UL requirements.


  • Ignition Transformer

    The ATN110A-1 is an Ignition transformer for burners. It is equipped with a changeover tap for switching the primary voltage between 100VAC and 200VAC. A splash-proof case is available as an accessory.


  • Peripheral Devices

    Peripheral devices of the Flame Safeguard System: Flame Simulator and Analog Flame Meter for Burner Controllers and Flame Simulator for Combustion Safety Controllers.

    The FSP300BC100 is a Flame simulator that generates a false flame condition to test the functionality of the combustion safety controllers without having to ignite the burner systems.
