Motor Driver (DC / Position Proportional Converter) Model: RN748A

The Model RB478A is a signal converter that receives a 4-20 mAdc input signal from a controller and outputs a relay contact signal to drive a control motor with a built-in feedback potentiometer for position proportioning operation. Also, by setting the center of the angle of rotation and the proportional band for the input signal, split operation is possible.

High-Torque Modutrol Motor Model: HM

The Model HM modulating motor serves as a high-torque electric actuator to execute either 2-position or proportional control with relay contact signal input. The aluminum alloy housing is rigid, compact, and drip-proof. Internal moving parts are sealed with grease for high efficiency, low running noise, and long lifespan. HM has an internal auxiliary switch, a feedback potentiometer and a clutchless manual handle as optional accessories.

The Model RX-R40/20 – Burner Control Module

The Model RX-_ _ _ combustion safety burner interlock and burner control modules provides safe operation of industrial furnace burners.

Various kinds of interlock monitoring and ignition systems can be realized by the combination of burner interlock modules (RX-L) and burner control modules (RX-R).
In addition, the Model RX-_ _ _ supports the Advanced UV Sensor flame detector for continuous combustion operation, as well as UV sensors for batch operation. Non UL/FM Approved

The Model RX40/20, in combination with the Model RX-L burner interlock module and flame detector, handles ignition operations and flame monitoring. If the burner flame goes out, this module safely executes shutoff. This product supports a variety of flame detectors including the Advanced UV Detector (for continuous/batch operation) as well as flame rods. There are 11 open collector outputs to be used for monitoring, which can be assigned to handle alarms such as ignition failure or flame failure, in addition to the status of the load. These monitor outputs can be directed to the control panel lamps so that the status and situation can be checked onsite during the maintenance or when a sudden problem arises. These functions can be selected easily using the computer loader, without the use of special programs.

The Model RX-L80/90 Burner Interlock Module

The Model RX-_ _ _ combustion safety burner interlock and burner control modules provides safe operation of industrial furnace burners.

The Model RX-L80/90, in combination with the burner control module (Model RX-R_ _), executes burner interlock monitoring and prepurge functions. There are 16 inputs for burner interlock. In addition to interlock input, this module can handle batch starting of multiple burners or batch ignition of multiple pilot burners. Status information such as state of the interlocks, alarms, completed purges, etc. can be assigned to 22 transistor outputs and utilized by outputting it to control panel indicator lamps or to a PLC for status monitoring. These functions can be selected easily using the computer loader, without the use of special programs. This product is equipped with RS485 or Ethernet (only RX-L90) for communication. Remote monitoring is possible with this device.

Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detectors Model: AUD300C

Azbil Model AUD300C Advanced Ultrasonic Flame Detectors is designed to detect ultraviolet radiation from an oil or gas burner flame, for both batch and continuous operations. The AUD300C is used in combination with a dedicated burner controller. Multifunction Gateway Communication Controller Model: CMC15G

Azbil Model CMC15G Multifunction Gateway Communication Controllers can connect to Azbil’s digital indicating controllers and flowmeters to host units, including PLCs from other manufacturers. The CMC15GD01A000 advanced model has a logging function. The logging functions (trend, data log, and event log) are helpful for analyzing device failures and carrying out maintenance. You can easily monitor or edit data in the dedicated log viewer. (Available separately)

The Model CMC15G Multifunction Gateway Communication Controller has an RD-232C interface (1 channel), RS-485 interface (3 channels), a dedicated loader port for connection to PC, and A USB port. The controller is easy to set up – setting up simple communication parameters; data can be shared between devices, and instructions can be issued to a controller. Anyone can easily create applications using a dedicated PD application (gateway editor). Types of data, PLC register assignments, and execution timing can be freely set. INTELLPAK DC Isolator Model: IP50DCS/DCE

The INTELLPAK Model IP50DCS and Model IP50DCE are thin, plug-in type DC isolators used to isolate input, output, and power supplies mutually. Each signal level is isolated from the other circuits. The input signals are amplified and converted to a single standard that is output for use in a measurement control system.

INTELLPAK Gradient Response Computing Unit Model: IP50DRA/DRC

The INTELLPAK Model IP50DRA and Model IP50DRC are thin plug-in gradient response computing units that produce a DC signal output changing at a fixed gradient against an input DC signal. If the input signal changes at a rate higher than the preset gradient, the output signal changes at the set gradient, but the output follows the input if the change is slower than the preset gradient.

INTELLPAK Reverser Model: IP50RVA/RVC

The INTELLPAK Model IP50RVA and Model IP50RVC are thin plug-in reversers that produce a reversed DC signal output from a DC input signal. For example, in the case of a 4-20 mA signal, a 4 mA would be reversed to become a 20 mA output, and a 20 mA would become a 4 mA output signal.

INTELLPAK Selector Model: IP50SL/SH

The INTELLPAK Model IP50SL and Model IP50SH thin plug-in selectors receive two DC signal inputs and generate an output by automatically selecting either the high signal (high selector) or the low signal (low selector).

Model SR-106 Hybrid Multi-Point Recorder

Model SR-101/102/103/104 Hybrid Pen Type Recorder

Paperless Recorder (6/12 channels) – Model ARF100

Azbil’s Model ARF100 Paperless Recorder (6/12 channels) is a highly visible 5.6 inch TFT color LCD, incorporates advanced functions, is easy to use, and is network-compatible. A sampling range of 100 ms for all channels and a precision of ± 0.1% are achieved, and measured data can be stored in internal memory or on a CF (CompactFlash) card allowing storage up to 2 GB data to be recorded and saved. The CF (CompactFlash) card slot is provided as a standard feature. The user can choose from real time, historical trend display, bar graph display, and numeric display according to the specific requirements. Various data save modes can be selected such as schedule recording based on day of the week, time and date, or time; or based on recording of data before and after trigger points (e.g. alarms). Data can be saved in CSV or binary format to suit your specific requirements. Dedicated keys for specific functions are arranged on the keyboard for improved operability. The Model C15 is a 48 x 48 mm single loop, compact digital controller featuring multi-range inputs and a PID control system using “RationalLOOP PID” (Ra-Pid) and “Just-FiTTER algorithms. Up to 2 control outputs are available depending on the model selectable from relay contact, voltage pulse, and current. Compact Plastic Safety Interlock Switches Model: LJH- _ _ _

Azbil Model LJH-_ _ _ Compact Plastic Safety Interlock Switches have a forced opening mechanism, UL/CSA/CE markings, and a superior IP67 seal. The switches are offered with a wide operating temperature range of  – 17° F to 158º F (-25° C to 70° C). The Model LJH-_ _ _ compact plastic safety interlock switches conform to EN 60947-5-1, UL 508, and CSA 22.2.14 standards. Their compact size (78 x 30 x 15 mm) ensures installation anywhere. These maintenance-free switches have a superior seal: oil-resistant/immersion-proof type (JIS) and IP67 (IEC). O-ring and integral diaphragm seal is built-in. The small, space-saving body can be tightly gang-mounted and have high sensitivity (movement differential = 0.1 mm). Contact form sing-pole double-throw (SPDT). Contact type- standard load type: pure silver rivet, low current load type: gold-plate rivet, M3 screw terminal, UL/CSA/GB (CCC marking) certified models available. Rugged models are also available.

The Model SL1-_C General Purpose Compact Horizontal Limit Switches (Rugged) models offer potted switches that protect the conduit and coolant-resistant terminals. The C-spring material high-cobalt alloy, which enhances resistance to coolants. The shape of the diaphragm seals has been modified to prevent cracking and insulation degradation (standard type). The internal plunger with a molded-in diaphragm seal prevents coolant from entering inside. This series offers potted switches that protect the conduit and terminals.

Azbil Model VCX-7_0_ 2-Point Detection Explosion-Proof Switches are compact vertical gas/steam explosion-proof limit switches for outdoor use. They have a 2-point detection and a pressure-resistant and increased-safety structure, conforming to IEC standards that are usable in a hydrogen gas atmosphere. These switches have a lightweight and robust die-cast cover made of an aluminum alloy. With the Azbil Model HLB-D130DN Convergent Laser Measurement Sensors, very small or thin parts can be detected by differences in distance, unaffected by the color or reflection rate of the target object. Azbil High ultra-thin Accuracy Position Sensors Model: K1G-S07, Model: K1G-S15, and Model: K1G-C04 connect to as many as four K1G high accuracy position sensor heads. These sensors include a “test mode:” that allows you to freely switch between analog and digital outputs to check connections before starting the equipment operation. Analog output: 4 outputs, 4 -20 mA, or 1.5 V (all outputs are switched over at once). Digital output: 8 outputs, NPN or PNP transistor (all points are switched over at once). Digital input: 4 inputs, non-voltage contacts, and NPN or PNP open collector (all points are switched over at once).

One sensor can measure up to two positions at a time. A single device can handle different applications simultaneously, including workplace edge position, edge dimensions, hole diameter, and many others eliminating the trouble of selecting devices. Tiny variations and high-speed fluctuations can be reliably detected and visualized – resolutions 0.1 µm, measurement period 250 µs.
