The Model FL7M-C1 DC 2-Wire Environmental Resistant Cylindrical Proximity Sensors with oil-resistant polyurethane cables are designed for use in harsh environments that cause swelled cables and coolant intrusion in regular sensors. The Model FL7M-C has a special sheathing and an extra seal between the cable and housing that has proved a successful solution to the problem of coolant infiltration along the cable core wires. This sensor is ideal for automobile assembly lines where cables are attacked by coolant.

Azbil Model HPF-D040 Liquid Leakage Fiber Unit PFA jacket affords outstanding ease of routing. You can use this unit in an explosion-proof atmosphere because the cable is optical fiber. The unit has a space-saving switch head height of only 9.9 mm and can be used in explosion-proof environments because the cable is optical fiber (carefully check the explosion-proof regulations for location, application, and equipment prior to use). Azbil recommends using the Model HPF-D040 Liquid Leakage Fiber Unit with the Model HPX-AG04 amplifier with output latch. This function effectively detects a small leak of volatile liquid and in early zone/area detection.

Azbil Model HPF-47 Fiber Units for Small Parts Passage Detection provide reliable detection of small parts going through the pipe. Wire lead-out follows the pipe, allows a smaller footprint. By changing the attachment, the width of the detection area can be adjusted to match the pipe diameter. Highly bend-tolerant optical fiber cables are used for operation inside a moving device. Unaffected by light-level changes or stain buildup, the Model HPF-47 Fiber Units for Small Parts Passage Detection provide stable detection. In addition, since the light level differentiation signal is transmitted to a second output, the model provides advanced notice of sensitivity limitations.
Pipe-Mounted Liquid Level Switches with Built-in Amplifier Model HPQ-T1 : Open Collector NPN Transistor and Model HPQ-T2: Open Collector PNP Transistor
Azbil Model HPQ-T1/HPQ-T2 Pipe-Mounted Liquid Lever Fiber Units with Built-in Amplifier provide fail-safe detection of the surface level of liquids. Just mounting the switch on a pipe, the surface of the fluid can be easily detected. Refraction-based detection ensures sufficient gain between light-ON and dark-ON light levels. The switch is also suitable for liquids with poor light transmission (such as photoresist liquid and waste fluids). Depending on the model, units fit on pipe diameters of 1/16”, 3 to 7 mm, and 8 to 13 mm. Indicator and operation selector switches are on the side. Even when gang-mounted, they can be adjusted while viewing the indicator. Advanced Temperature Transmitter Model: ATT082
Azbil’s Model ATT082 Advanced Temperature Transmitter provides a high level of functionality, versatility, and safety for the most critical applications in your operation. The Model ATT082 can operate as a single or dual input device with HART® communication. You can select between dual measurements, hot sensor back-up, differential temperature measurement, sensor drift detection, or average temperature in the dual mode. It is certified by TUV to IEC1508 for use in Safety Instrumented Systems.
These compact and lightweight smart temperature transmitters receive thermocouple input, RTD input, or mV input and transmit it as a 4–20 mA DC or digital signal. They can be used with general-purpose signal cables, like other transmitters for flow or pressure measurement, eliminating the need for compensation wires or three-wire shielded cables, reducing the cost of engineering work increasing the reliability of signal transmission. Advanced Transmitter for Gauge Pressure
The Advanced Gauge Pressure Transmitter is a microprocessor based smart transmitter that features high performance and excellent stability. Capable of measuring gas, liquid, vapor, and liquid levels, it transmits 4 to 20 mA DC analog and and digital signals according to the measured pressure.
