Photo Release

Acting as an agent for our company, I hereby grant Azbil North America Inc. permission to use installation photos in all publications, including but not limited to all Azbil North America's printed and digital publications and training materials or education and promotional purposes. I understand and agree that any photos taken will become property of Azbil North America.

I acknowledge that since my participation with Azbil North America is voluntary, and there will be no financial compensation.

I hereby authorize Azbil North America to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute for purpose of publicizing Azbil North America's products for any other lawful purpose. In addition, we waive the right to any royalties or other compensation related to the use of these photos.

I have read this release before signing below and fully understand the content, meaning and impact of the release.
