Azbil AX2200 Inline Vortex Flowmeters are ideal for volumetric flow measurements of gases in line sizes from ½ inch to 8 inch (DN25 to DN200). The AX 2200 is available in both a wafer style or flanged up to ANSI 600 as options with capabilities to ANSI 1500 on request. Operational temperatures range from -330 Deg F to 750 Deg F (-200 to 400 Deg C).
Azbil AX2300 Insertion Vortex Flowmeters are ideal for volumetric measurements of gases in pipe sizes starting at 2 inches in diameter and are especially cost effective in larger pipe sizes up to 72 inches in Diameter. Compression fitting and packing gland process connections are available Optional retractor for use with packing gland connections allows for easy insertion and removal of measurement probe.
Compensated Mass Flow Measurement of Gases
Both the AX2222 Inline and AX2322 Insertion Vortex Flowmeters are equipped with integral temperature and pressure sensors to provide compensated mass flow measurements. Having velocity, Temperature and pressure sensors co-located in a single instrument provides increased measurement capability while reducing cost of ownership. The reduction in pipe intrusions can also help to reduce fugitive emissions.
